Our client, an accident repair centre based in Kent, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. The role involves providing top-quality service at the parts counter to customers. Ideal candidates include experienced Automotive Parts Supervisors or Parts personnel seeking career progression.
The key responsibilities of the Parts Advisor include:
1. Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to retail customers, the sales department, and workshop customers.
2. Meeting customer needs and expanding the parts business through direct selling.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
4. Confirming and explaining all paperwork to customers.
5. Preparing invoices and explaining parts details to customers.
6. Arranging collection times and payment methods.
7. Scheduling future contact appointments.
Candidates must possess strong IT skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good face-to-face and telephone communication skills are essential.
