Performance Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Lytham
The Company
We’re working with a well-known UK retail group that has built a strong digital presence across multiple performance marketing channels. The business is heavily focused on brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, and digital campaign delivery. Known for their collaborative and sociable team culture, they are looking to grow their performance marketing function as they prepare for their busiest trading period.
The Role
This role sits within the performance marketing team and is perfect for someone with a strong interest in affiliate and partner marketing. You'll take full ownership of campaign planning and execution, from building relationships with publishers to launching and tracking campaigns. You'll also present performance insights to senior stakeholders, helping shape future strategy and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* - Lead affiliate marketing campaigns and seasonal planning (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
* - Build and manage relationships with publisher partners including voucher and cashback sites.
* - Plan and book publisher activity using dedicated marketing budget.
* - Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring assets and messaging are delivered on time.
* - Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics and Excel.
* - Feed insights back into the business to influence future strategy.
* - Support loyalty scheme and content marketing activity where budget allows.
* - Attend industry events and networking opportunities with affiliate partners.
* - Present campaign results and performance reports to senior stakeholders for approval.
Skills & Experience
* - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* - Confident using Excel and Google Analytics for performance reporting.
* - Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in campaign planning and delivery.
* - Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* - Experience working with voucher, cashback, or publisher partners.
* - Familiarity with content marketing or loyalty scheme campaigns.
* - Experience working in fast-paced or seasonal retail environments.
* - £25,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
* - Flexible hybrid working – 3 days per week in-office (Lytham)
* - Opportunity to lead campaigns end-to-end and own partner relationships
* - Exposure to high-impact campaigns with strong seasonal budgets
