You'll lead a team dedicated to supporting NHS organisations in their workforce transformation. Please note that all roles require travel across NHS regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the optimisation of the current workforce solution across NHS user organisations.
2. Conduct annual assessments of the workforce solution to identify optimisation opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of ESR to influence stakeholders and ensure benefits are realised.
4. Support the Senior Implementation Leads in developing the Readiness and Implementation team, setting strategic goals and ensuring resource availability.
5. Deliver comprehensive support to organisations, helping overcome barriers and securing senior leadership buy-in.
6. Develop frameworks to assess organisational readiness for solution optimisation and future implementation.
Candidate Profile
We seek someone with a deep understanding of workforce systems, service delivery, and optimisation within complex organisations. You should have leadership experience, stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to manage large projects. Excellent communication, data analysis, and strategic thinking are essential.
