Transport Planner
Location: Derby
Rate: £23.19 per hour Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months - longevity within the role.
Working Arrangements: Full on site role
Key Responsibilities:
End to end responsibility of planning and shipping of Customer orders to the clients global network of Distribution and OEM Partners. Liaising with various internal departments, to include Customer Services, Warehouse, Transportation, and external Customers.
Requirements:
Training will be provided but candidates should have the following skills:
1. Ability to use own initiative and resolve problems
2. Organisational and administration skills
3. Able to contribute positively within a team environment
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Must demonstrate thorough levels of attention to detail when working in a pressurised environment
Preferred Skills:
6. Demonstrated experience of using SAP.
7. Export Regulation Knowledge
8. Customs Warehouse Experience
Full training in line with global export regulations will be given to the right candidate.
