Searcys are looking for an Events Supervisor to join the team at 116 Pall Mall.
As an Event Supervisor for Searcys you will be responsible for the overall co‑ordination and profitability of an event, supporting the managers and coordinating the team during the event.
116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally designed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion, this venue offers traditional meeting rooms to glamourous, chandelier‑filled ballrooms.

The Event Supervisor will be working as part of an exciting events team to deliver food & beverage and event operations at a large selection of event spaces. The role also supports front‑of‑house operations on assigned events, providing a comprehensive briefing to all team members involved in delivery.
Job Type: 0 Hours contract
Salary: £15.50 per hour + Tronc
Responsibilities
* Ensure events are set up as required by the event sheets.
* Ensure events are delivered on time as required by the event sheets.
* Liaise with the kitchen and events team to deliver successful events.
* Conduct short‑ and long‑term planning and management for events.
* Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.
* Lead event team to build long‑term, value‑based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
* Minimum 1 year experience in event management.
* Thorough understanding of the event and meeting management process – conception to completion.
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced, creative environment and work well under pressure.
* Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail.
* Concise and effective verbal and written communication.
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective.
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
* Creative, positive energy, self‑directed, amiable, and composed under pressure; helpful and humble.
