Scheme Manager – Bromford

Contract: permanent, full‑time. Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday‑Friday). Location: School Gardens, Stourport (DY13 8ES). Closing date: Monday 5 January 2026.
Responsibilities
As Scheme Manager, you will lead the management of a retirement living scheme, ensuring a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, connected, and empowered to enjoy an active, independent lifestyle. You will coordinate care provision, a full timetable of activities, and community engagement, inviting local residents, community groups, and colleges to the scheme.
You will be accountable for all service provision, building maintenance, tenancy agreements, and direct management of the facilities coordinator. As the main point of contact for care providers, you will manage budgets, staffing, and overall contract compliance to maximize income and profit opportunities.
Qualifications
* Ideally an experienced manager from an extra care or retirement living background.
* Proven performer, challenge‑driven with initiative and ideas.
* Consistently meet targets on time and deliver to the best of your ability.
* Natural communicator, relationship builder, and manager, driving quality service across the community.
* High standards, passion for improving and enhancing the customer experience.
* Confident managing finances and maximizing on‑site facilities for a healthy income.
* Previous experience as scheme manager, service manager, care home manager, residential manager, facilities manager or similar is highly desirable.
