Person Specification
Knowledge, Skills, and Training
* Registered specialist community public health practitioner (school nursing)
* Membership of the relevant professional body
* Evidence of recent continuing professional development (CPD)
Job-Specific Experience
* Recent experience in a specialist role
* Experience of managing change
* Ability to prioritize workload effectively
Managerial / Supervisory Experience
* Experience mentoring junior staff
* Experience designing and delivering training
Information Technology
* Experience using electronic patient records
* Ability to analyze data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Effective communication skills at various organizational levels, including with staff, patients, and partner agencies, both verbally and in writing, including handling highly complex and sensitive information
* Experience planning and organizing complex activities, including managing the time of oneself and junior staff
Business Travel and Additional Requirements
* Ability to travel using own vehicle for trust business
