Location: Near Spalding (Peterborough area) Salary: £41,000 + Overtime at x1.5 Shift: 4-on, 4-off | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Days Only)

The Package
* Base Salary: £41,000.
* Overtime: Heavily available and paid at x1.5 (Time and a Half).

Key Responsibilities
* Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across the food production line.
* Responding to reactive breakdowns to minimize downtime.
* Sug gesting and implementing small-scale improvements to machinery.
* Ensuring all work is carried out to food safety and hygiene standards.
