I am currently supporting a client of mine in the legal sector with their search for an Executive Assistant. This is a brand-new position that will support the growing division of a well-established industry leading business. Below is an overview of the responsibilities that this role comes with: Supporting the Partners with the delivery of key projects Formatting a variety of documents Diary management Booking hotels and travel Liasing with key clients and producing bills Preparation for business meetings and minute taking Arranging, organising and planning for meetings and events Maintaining client records My client is looking for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant; someone that is ambitious, well-organised and able to work proactively in a methodical manner.
