Design Manager Required
An ambitious main contractor who has grown their team over the last few years have a new requirement for a Design Manager to assist their commercial team out of their head office in Farringdon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a medium sized business that continue to grow and who have already secured an impressive pipeline of prestigious projects.
Role: Design Manager
Location: Farringdon Head office
Rate/Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 all in
Projects: New Build Residential Projects
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP but can wait for notice period

Duties Will Include:
-Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
-Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.
-Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind.
-Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction
Requirements:
-Must have principal contractor residential experience
-Previous experience in a Design Manager position
-Reliable with a Strong work ethic
