Are you an Experienced Practice Nurse looking for your next adventure?At Practice Plus Group, an opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our fantastic team in Brighton on a Permanent or Bank basis. You will be joining a great team in Brighton to help with our continued growth and increased patients.This role will be working across both general practice and the walk in centre and will play an integral role in delivering a high quality service to our patients in a busy, fast paced and rewarding environment.Experience as a Practice Nurse is essential. You background will be vital to our success, with the ability to undertake long term condition management and run targeted clinics to help us achieve QOF criteria and LCS contractual requirements. You will assess, diagnose, treat and discharge patients autonomously, as well as undertake diagnostic, health screening, health surveillance and therapeutic interventions within the broader health promotion strategy.*About You*As well as providing high quality nursing care, you will maintain accurate patient records and ensure all statutory requirements are met. You will provide an adult and childhood immunisation service and administer injections under an individualised prescription or Patient Group Direction whilst ensuring safe storage, rotation and disposal of vaccines and drugs. You will provide care for minor injuries, liaising directly, where appropriate with community and secondary care counter-parts, escalating to a GP as necessary and provide supervision for less qualified nursing colleagues in the practice.*What can we offer you?*Our Salaried position is paying between £32,000 - £40,000 per annum. xcswzye This will be the FTE and will depend on experience.*How will we support you?*Regional and National career development opportunities
