What You’ll Do at Work
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally
Manage and respond to emails
Book jobs and appointments
Use in-house IT systems to support daily operations
Manage, file and maintain documents accurately
Provide face‑to‑face customer service
Support invoicing processes
Carry out general day‑to‑day administrative tasks
Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy
Support the team with any additional tasks as requested by your mentor or manager
Apprenticeship & Entry Requirements
GCSE (or equivalent) in: English
Grade 4 or above Maths
* Commitment to completing the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Strong communication skills
* Confident IT skills
