This is the job
We are looking for a senior professional who can shape and implement talent management and leadership development across the organisation, with a focus on senior development. This role is critical to support the performance of our business and ensure that we have leaders who can drive success now and in the future.
You will work closely with senior leaders, the people leadership team, and senior business stakeholders.
What do I need?
* Proven expertise in designing and implementing leadership and talent development personally and through 3rd parties
* A track record of successful management and delivery of large-scale projects and programmes delivered through multiple channels
* Knowledge and experience of succession planning approaches and talent assessments
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Experience in evaluating and evidencing return on investment and capability uplifts
* Super PowerPoint and digital skills to produce powerful and convincing business cases and project plans
* To thrive in a fast paced, change orientated environment
