Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs and making a meaningful difference in their school experience? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a supportive primary school in the OL12 area as a Behaviour Support Specialist from after Easter.

This rewarding role involves working within the school’s Learning Support Unit as well as providing general classroom assistance. You will play a key part in supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour, helping them positively engage with learning and build strong, trusting relationships.

The position includes a blend of class‑based support, behaviour intervention work, and supervision during break and lunch times. You may also work with individual pupils or small groups within the Learning Support Unit, providing tailored guidance and emotional support.

With a strong and balanced team of both experienced and early‑career staff, the school provides an excellent setting for professional development and growth. Staff work closely together, creating a positive, child‑centred atmosphere focused on helping every pupil reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
