The Opportunity As Associate Director, you will lead a section of an established structural engineering team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of engineering design, technical excellence, financial performance, and project management. A strong track record in winning work and developing lasting client relationships will be desirable, as business development is a key component of the role.
