About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Manage emails, including transferring data from emails into individual folders
* Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
* Make outbound calls as required
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confident using email systems and managing data effectively
* Professional telephone manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
