Key Responsibilities Business Immigration Advise clients on Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes Support with sponsor licence applications and ongoing compliance Handle right‑to‑work, recruitment mobility and employer advisory matters Assist UK and international businesses with wider corporate immigration needs Private Immigration Manage spouse/partner, family and personal immigration applications Assist with EUSS, naturalisation and British citizenship applications Handle long residence, private life and human rights‑based matters Work on complex casework with appropriate supervision About You We are looking for someone who is: A qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with experience in immigration law Confident handling client queries and drafting high‑quality applications Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy, varied caseload Interested in building a practice across both corporate and private immigration A clear communicator with a strong client‑care approach What’s On Offer?
