* Days: £12.40
* Weekends: £12.70
* Nights: £13.40
* Bank Holidays: £1 per hour uplift
Part-time hours are available, with alternate weekend working being essential.

About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support elderly residents who find it difficult to cope due to physical frailty. Your role will be to help them maintain their individuality and independence, assisting with mobility, personal care, and social activities, always with kindness and respect.
You will support residents with activities such as moving to dining areas, communal spaces, and bedrooms, and assist with personal hygiene, washing, and dressing, ensuring privacy and dignity are maintained. You will also participate in recreational and social activities with residents, contributing to their mental and physical stimulation.
This role requires a compassionate approach, even on challenging days.
