A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, working in partnership with a leading estate agency brand in the Reading area.
This role is ideal for an advisor with at least 2 years of experience, a strong sales track record, and a hunger to succeed in a high-lead, high-earning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
* Manage a high volume of lead types confidently and efficiently
* Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to generate referrals
* Ensure compliance standards are consistently met
* Availability to work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week to accommodate client needs
Who We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing and telephony skills
* Target-driven, motivated, and adaptable
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
