Waking Night Support Worker - Children's Residential Home
Location: Herne Bay
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next (rotating shift pattern)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a well-regarded residential children's home in Herne bay.

Responsibilities:
Provide consistent overnight care and support for children with learning disabilities.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with organisational policies.
Follow safeguarding, fire, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Participate in mandatory training and continuous professional development.
Attend supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting is desirable but not essential.
A caring, resilient, and proactive approach to support work.
Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or already hold it).
