What Youll Be Doing:
Creating exceptional, modern British dishes with a strong seasonal focus
Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chefs absence
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and kitchen hygiene
Use produce from the on-site kitchen garden to elevate your dishes
Engaging with guests, including cooking for exclusive outdoor woodland feasts
Introducing new culinary trends and delivering outstanding food thats also cost-effective
Mentoring junior chefs and fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
