This role offers the opportunity to join a design-led developer with a strong land bank and a commitment to quality.
Key Requirements:
* Coordinate with internal teams and manage external consultants (architectural, engineering, highways, sustainability).
* Oversee preparation of technical drawings and documents to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Support discharge of NHBC and Building Control conditions.
* Attend project and design meetings, ensuring timely and accurate design information flow.
