A fast growing and innovative consultancy group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Group Finance function. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of a detailed financial forecast for the financial year
* Design and implement a structured budgeting process, including timetable creation, template rollout, and consolidated model development
* Act as a finance business partner to operational teams, providing guidance and support throughout the budgeting cycle
* Produce and maintain a consolidated weekly rolling cash forecast, supporting effective cashflow management
* Deliver regular forecasting updates and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making
* Work closely with the wider Group Finance team and senior management on ad hoc financial projects and initiatives
* Provide clear, insightful financial reporting and analysis that adds value to the wider business
Key Skills
* Demonstrable experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role, ideally within a group or multi-entity environment
* High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build, maintain and optimise complex financial models
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the business
* A proactive, hands on approach with a problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment where processes and systems are still being shaped
