We are seeking an experienced Risk and Finance Project Manager for a fixed-term contract of 18 months, focusing on our Risk and Finance workstream. The role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Carlisle.

The Role
This Senior Project Manager role involves end-to-end management of projects to ensure benefits are delivered within scope, budget, and timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects aligned with the scope, budget, and timeline, as approved by the Programme Steering Group and Project Sponsor/Business Owner
* Plan and manage workstream activities and tasks to meet project deadlines
* Monitor and report on project costs, escalating exceptions as needed
* Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, escalating unresolved matters appropriately
* Provide regular progress updates and concise reports to stakeholders and governance bodies
* Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, including third parties
* Ensure governance standards are met, including documentation and decision-making processes
* Support the embedding of the Change Management Framework across the organization
About You
You should have significant experience in a similar role, with an industry-recognized qualification such as APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ). Experience managing digital migration and transformation projects, along with knowledge of KYC, AML, Fraud, Fin Crime, Credit Risk, Accounting, and Treasury, is essential.
