This role focuses on troubleshooting, guiding customers through queries, and ensuring excellent service across phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and product support to customers. Troubleshoot issues, escalate where needed, and ensure SLAs are met. Maintain accurate CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Ensure GDPR compliance and handle client communications professionally. Support ad-hoc tasks such as reporting, data cleansing, and platform optimisation.
