The role
Location: Hybrid role with access to our Kings Hill office
ERA Group is looking for an Italian-speaking Appointment Setter to support franchise recruitment activities within Italy and other designated territories. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, LinkedIn sourcing experience, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage prospective franchise candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct outreach in both English and Italian
- Generate and qualify leads for the Talent Acquisition team
- Schedule appointments and introductory meetings
- Manage candidate pipelines and CRM records
- Support recruitment campaigns targeting the Italian market
- Maintain regular follow-up activity with prospective candidates
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in appointment setting, recruitment, sales support, or lead generation
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
