Purchase Ledger Assistant - Southwark Salary: £30-33k Hours: 9-6 Hybrid 2-3 days in the office Maternity contract - 11 months A successful publishing and retail company based close to Southwark tube are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their team. Duties of the role: Processing a high volume of invoices Invoicing, coding and approvals Sending invoices for approval Dealing with Purchase orders Dealing with expenses Monthly and weekly payment runs Updating cashbook on the accounting system Reconciling cash books Chasing invoices Dealing with suppliers Dealing with general enquiriesRequirements for the role: Have previous experience within a high-volume Purchase Ledger role Experience using different invoicing systems Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to hit the ground running Be immediately available to start a new role This is a great opportunity for a fast and accurate Purchase Leger Assistant to join a fun and creative team.
