What You'll Do:
* Develop and lead SEO strategies
* Conduct audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and technical reviews.
* Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
* Track performance using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
* Communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
* Manage and mentor a small team of SEO Executives.
What We're Looking For:
** Proven experience in an SEO role within an agency! **
* Leadership experience is a must!
* Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
* Confident with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for search innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
