Project Engineer (Contract) Location: Worcester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) 12-Month Rolling Contract We’re supporting a leading advanced manufacturing organisation in their search for an experienced Project Engineer to join their operations team in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge manufacturing and NPI projects in a fast-paced environment. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and APQP activities Lead cross-functional sessions, FMEA, risk assessments & control plans Develop manufacturing instructions, quality plans & process documentation Investigate root causes and drive continuous improvement Provide engineering support across development and production phases Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer specifications What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Proven experience as a Project/Manufacturing Engineer in high-volume environments ✔️ Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and problem-solving tools ✔️ Experience delivering validation packages to external customers ✔️ Comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office tools ✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally If you're interested, please apply with an updated CV and contact number
