The Role
Sell memberships and enrol clients onto the 6-week transformation programme
Engage with leads via phone and face-to-face consultations
Build rapport quickly and confidently close sales
Motivate and inspire members throughout their journey
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint xkybehq
Work closely with the coaching team to ensure member success
Contribute to a high-performance, target-driven environment
About You
Proven experience in sales (fitness or membership sales preferred)
Confident, energetic, and highly motivated
A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
Target-driven with a passion for earning commission
Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others improve their lives
