Our client, a well-regarded principal contractor, is seeking a Site Supervisor to support delivery on a new-build residential care home development in Uxbridge. The project is scheduled for 18 months, with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure H&S, quality, and timelines are maintained
* Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
* Liaise with the Site Manager and project stakeholders
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification (in date)
* Proven experience supervising care home or similar residential schemes
* Strong knowledge of site safety, NHBC standards, and trades coordination
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
