The Client Experience Ambassador serves as a front-facing representative, delivering top-tier service within the retail space and beyond. This role focuses on driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and supporting daily operations, all while embodying the values of excellence, professionalism, and elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
* Deliver personalized consultations by identifying client preferences and motivations.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer expert-level service and aftercare guidance.
* Contribute to promotional initiatives and represent the boutique during client-facing events.
* Surpass customer expectations with consistently exceptional service.
* Actively develop a personal portfolio of local and international clients.
* Foster client loyalty through attentive follow-ups and data management.
* Collaborate with team members to create seamless, dual-staffed client interactions.
* Manage and resolve client concerns with discretion and effectiveness.
* Participate in store meetings, training, and operational discussions.
* Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Support stock management, including replenishment, tracking, and annual inventory.
* Maintain designated product areas and handle merchandise with exceptional care.
* Ensure visual displays align with brand guidelines and uphold boutique aesthetics.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewellery
* Strong communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
* Well-presented, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team-oriented spirit.
* High adaptability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
* Demonstrates discretion, reliability, and an eye for detail
