Qualifications needed:
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
* CCT or equivalent
* Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
* Approved Clinician status or eligibility for it
* Inclusion in, or eligibility for, the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
Main duties of the job
* Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to adults with mental health needs across northern Havering
* Provide senior medical support and direct input on clinical cases
* Guide and supervise team members
* Work directly with adults and their families, liaising with external providers and hospitals
* Participate in the on-call rota, currently 1:50, with a 3% salary supplement
* Support peers and team leaders, working collaboratively and independently
