Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our bank team. We are looking for caring individuals who have a fully flexible approach to support in line with demand, ideally you will have experience within a medical or nurse‑led service.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to adapt to working in different environments.
* Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic about the role; expected to work as part of a team.
* For the Nurse Bank: desirable to have had a minimum of six months paid working experience as a Care Assistant/HCA either in a care home or hospital setting; a minimum of six months voluntary or unpaid care experience will also be considered. Care experience must be demonstrated within the application and interview.
* Experience of providing personal care as part of the role, and duties should include some of those listed in the attached Job Description.
