Responsibilities:
General maintenance (plumbing, electrical, repairs, painting)
Responding to urgent maintenance requests
Ensuring buildings are safe and functional
Requirements:
? Previous maintenance experience
? Practical skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
? DBS check preferred (we can assist)
? Problem-solving and communication skills
