This is a full-time position within a collaborative year group and would suit either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT seeking valuable KS2 experience in a supportive school. What You'll Be Doing: Delivering well-planned and engaging lessons to a mixed-ability Year 3 class, with support from year group colleagues. Supporting pupils' academic and personal development, with access to in-class support and pastoral resources. Maintaining strong communication with parents and school staff. Who We're Looking For: A teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum. Someone with excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships quickly. A team player who can contribute effectively in a well-structured, supportive year group.
