The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
* Involvement in all kitchen operations, including menu development, team training, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Fully deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in the culinary industry with a desire to progress within a dynamic company.
* Strong management skills and supervisory experience.
* Pride in your work and team.
