About the Role
1. You will be based at our Evercreech Depot - 3 Evercreech Junction, Evercreech, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6NA - United Kingdom
2. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:15 - 14:45
3. You will be earning a salary of £36,733.9431
4. You’ll be required to work the Saturday following a bank holiday to catch up.
Overtime rates:
5. 1.5x pay Monday – Friday (after 40 hours)
6. 1.5x pay on Saturday
7. 2x pay on Bank Holidays, plus a day in lieu
What will I be doing?
8. Delivering a reliable, high-quality service to residents
9. Always working to strict health & safety standards
10. You’ll primarily operate RCVs (Refuse Collection Vehicles) + Recycling Vehicles as required giving you variety in your day-to-day work.
What are the requirements?
11. Class 2 (Category C) licence, valid CPC card and Tachograph card
12. A team player with a strong work ethic
13. Waste or RCV experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
