Main Responsibilities
1. Provide professional leadership within your area, influencing policy and standards.
2. Support professional practice development and staff growth.
3. Act as a liaison with the Chartered Society for Physiotherapy.
4. Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care across all care groups.
5. Oversee governance, clinical quality, research, and development within physiotherapy.
6. Collaborate within the Allied Health Professions (AHP) community.
Candidate Profile
We seek a registered physiotherapist with postgraduate experience, leadership skills, and a passion for service development. Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or child health is desirable. You should be an effective communicator, team player, and capable of leading change.
