About the Role:A leading global insurance group with a strong presence in the UK market is looking for an experienced Acturis Support Specialist to join their Milton Keynes-based team. Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT & Operations function, you will play a key role in supporting users of the Acturis platform and helping across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users of the Acturis system
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently
* Act as the liaison between users and the Acturis provider where needed
* Assist with system configuration, updates, and user onboarding
* Support internal projects and system enhancements related to Acturis
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting the Acturis platform in a commercial insurance environment
* Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
