We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Wokingham. The successful candidate must have 6 months previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, OR someone who is looking for their first role within Estate Agency as the company are open to a Trainee. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £30,000 Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm Friday 8.30am - 5pm Saturday 8.45am - 5pm (5-day/6-day week) Fantastic training programme Strong working team Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills: At least 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry OR they are open to a Trainee High level of customer service skills.
