Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Business Architect to design, model, and optimise critical business processes for a leading UK organisation.
Responsibilities
* Design and document end-to-end business processes aligned with the target operating model.
* Translate customer and user journeys into detailed process flows and service interactions.
* Develop clear process models using industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN).
* Drive process standardisation, simplification, and automation.
* Facilitate workshops to validate designs and gather stakeholder feedback.
* Link process designs to application and system architecture for seamless implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in Process Architecture, Business Analysis, or Operational Design.
* Background in regulated industries or high-volume sales/service environments.
* Experience designing processes within digitally enabled businesses.
* Skilled in enterprise-level process design for large-scale transformations.
* Proficiency in process modelling tools and BPMN or equivalent standards.
* Ability to navigate complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
