* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and food quality.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and GP targets.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards.
* Drive sales performance through upselling, marketing initiatives, and outstanding guest experience.
* Deliver financial targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and labour cost control.
* Report regularly to the Food Hall management and company leadership team.
Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in QSR or high-volume hospitality.
* Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
* Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
