Job Title: Gas Safe Plumber
Location: Mobile – Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £27.50 per hour (CIS)
Perks: Contract / Perm options available, can offer price work, mileage paid, plenty of overtime available
About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, Assisting on the Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a variety of works required across our contracts based in the Midlands, such as move and re allocation of radiators, install bathroom suites, drain down boilers where required.
2. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
3. Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic tiling, etc.)
4. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:
5. NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing AND Gas safe registered
6. Strong communication and customer service skills
7. Own a van / car
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
