Cover Supervisor - Worksop Tradewind Recruitment | Supply Basis | Trust of Schools Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across a trust of secondary schools in the Worksop area. This is an excellent opportunity for confident, reliable individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy working in a variety of school settings. The role is ideal for aspiring teachers, experienced cover supervisors, or those with strong classroom management skills looking for flexible work. The Role: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning Work across multiple schools within a supportive academy trust Provide continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable) Strong communication and classroom management skills A flexible, professional approach and ability to adapt quickly A genuine interest in education and supporting student progress Eligibility to work in the UK An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
