Interlocks Surveys is a RICS regulated geospatial surveying firm based in Warwickshire. We deliver high-quality survey solutions to clients in the property and construction industries across the UK and internationally. Our services include land surveys, measured building surveys, 3D modelling, drone surveys, and utilities surveys, among others.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Surveyor based in the Midlands area, UK.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in carrying out topographical surveys and preparing survey drawings using AutoCAD software.
Experience of monitoring, measured building surveys, and setting out is also desirable.
Good communication with stakeholders such as clients, engineers, and project teams will be essential.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in Land Surveying
* Strong working knowledge of Total Station and GPS equipment
* Experience in Building Surveying and general Surveying methodologies
* Capable of working under minimum supervision
* Good time management skills - comfortable working to deadlines
* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Professional accreditation or working towards accreditation with RICS or a similar body is a plus
We work throughout the UK with the possibility of some work abroad. The candidate must be willing to travel. This job can include short notice stay-aways and irregular hours.
