Key Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of this busy operation by:
8. Running a busy, award winning kitchen
9. Leading and developing the kitchen brigade
10. Creating and evolving seasonal menus
11. Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
12. Managing kitchen operations, stock, and GP targets
13. Ensuring high food safety and hygiene standards
What we’re looking for:
The ideal Head Chef will have a strong background in quality fresh food operations and be comfortable leading a high-performing kitchen team.
14. Previous high-end restaurant experience
15. Experience within AA-Rosette venues would be preferred
16. Strong leadership and organisational skills
17. Passion for seasonal produce and quality cooking
18. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
19. A hands-on and motivating management style
