Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bromley for a Transfer of Equity & Remortgage Case Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases related to equity transfers and remortgages, conducting thorough reviews, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and financial institutions. You will oversee the documentation process, monitor transaction progress, and address client concerns to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
* Previous experience handling Transfer of Equity and remortgage matters, or a minimum of two years’ Experience in remortgage matters with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and lender requirements
* Experience using integrated case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
* Strong investigatory skills, with the ability to quickly assimilate information on complex files, identify patterns, and draw conclusions
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, meet targets, and perform well under pressure
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
