You will work alongside business development, global key account teams, and commercial colleagues to deliver against sales targets while driving long-term growth. From securing new business to strengthening existing partnerships, you will play a central role in making sure our solutions are the first choice for customers in the coatings industry. What You Bring We are looking for someone with a track record in sales and a natural ability to build trust. Experience in coatings is ideal, but we encourage commercially strong candidates from related sectors keen to deliver results that matter. Previous B2B/consultative sales experience with proven results.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems (D365 preferred).
