Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join our team in Banbury on a full-time, permanent basis!
As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies, and escalating non-conformance issues.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.
Salary: £28,500 per annum.
Key Duties of a Stock Administrator:
* Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required.
* Reconciling inbound goods reports.
* Creating and distributing stock reports as needed.
* Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing excellent customer care.
* Investigating discrepancies and managing dispute procedures.
* Processing returns.
* Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside, and missing pallets.
* Performing location checks as required.
* Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
* Providing cover for the internal senior team.
* Filing general administrative paperwork.
* Performing other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
* Effective and professional communication skills.
* Proficiency in PC use and MS Excel.
* Problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
* Self-starter with the ability to work using own initiative.
* Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Strong customer service skills.
